  • What do I actually get when I sign up with Hellbent Training?
    Before you even join, we’ll run a proper consult to learn everything about you — your goals, lifestyle, workout history, eating habits, injuries, medical stuff, likes/dislikes… the works. Then we build a fully custom plan with training and nutrition set up to get you results. You’ll also get access to the Hellbent Training app, where you’ll track your progress, view your plan, and check in with your coach.
  • Is this coaching online only? Or can I see you in person?
    Hellbent Training is primarily online — so you can do it from anywhere. But if you’re local to Melbourne, you can work with Laurence face-to-face at Industrial Strength & Fitness in Reservoir for a hybrid setup. Either way, all coaching runs through the app so nothing gets missed.
  • Is the program actually personalised? Or just a generic template?
    Everything is built around you. From your training history to what equipment you have access to — even if you’re training out in whoop whoop with a couple bands and dumbbells — your program will suit your situation. Same with nutrition: we’ll optimise your food without flipping your whole life upside down.
  • What kind of results can I expect?
    You’ll get the results you earn. If you commit, communicate, and follow the plan 100% — you’ll either get serious results or we’ll have the data to tweak things until you do. But if you ghost your coach or half-arse the process… don’t expect miracles.
  • Do I need a gym membership?
    Nope. You can still get solid results training from home with some basic gear like therabands, a mat, and adjustable dumbbells. That said, if you’ve got a great setup or gym access, your training will be even more effective — especially for building muscle.
  • How often do I need to train?
    You can make progress training as little as 2-3x a week for 45 minutes. If that’s all your schedule allows, no worries. If you can do more, even better. We’ll build your plan based on your life — and focus on progress from where you are now, not comparing you to anyone else.
  • What if I’ve never followed a plan before?
    That’s totally fine. It’s normal to feel a bit overwhelmed at first. We’ll guide you every step of the way, and you’ll get better at it the more you do it — just like any other skill. You just need to show up and communicate.
  • How do I track my progress?
    Through the Hellbent Training app. You’ll track weight, steps, training, photos, measurements, and answer check-in questions. Your coach will review everything and send back a video check-in with feedback and plan tweaks if needed.
  • Do you offer meal plans or just macros?
    Both. You’ll get a meal plan and your macro targets, depending on which coaching package you choose.
  • Can I lose fat and build muscle at the same time?
    If you’re relatively new to training — yes. If you’re more experienced, we may need to focus on one goal at a time. Either way, we always prioritise muscle growth and preservation, even during fat loss phases.
  • Can I still eat out, drink, or enjoy social events?
    Yes — but you’ve gotta be smart about it. We use tools like calorie banking to help you stay on track without killing your social life. Trade-offs are part of the game.
  • I’m busy as hell — what if I don’t have time?
    We hear that all the time. But let’s be real: there are 168 hours in a week. Even if you sleep 56 and work 50, you’ve still got 62 hours left. If you can’t spare 2-3x 45-minute sessions and make better food choices, it’s not time that’s holding you back — it’s your priorities.
  • What if I’ve failed other programs before?
    That’s exactly why we start with a consult — to figure out what went wrong and what you actually need. And if you follow your Hellbent Training plan with 100% effort for 30 days and see zero results? You get your money back. (This guarantee applies to Package 1 & 2 only.)
  • What if I go on holiday or need to pause?
    If you’re still committed, we’ll give you a holiday plan to stay on track. If you’re unable to stick to the plan at all, we can pause your coaching for up to 6 weeks. Just be real about it — if you don’t train or eat well, expect some progress to slide. That’s life.
  • How much does it cost?
